Our working model

Whether it's environments, services or technologies, we work to support the engagement of older adults in the design and development process. We provide education and consultation to professionals seeking to develop better outcomes through collaborative relationships with seniors. 

Our partners

We are actively building a corps of older adults around the nation who seek to use or learn design skills in order to better inform the design process and create outcomes based on a deeper understanding of the aging experience. 

How we do this

We develop educational programs on codesign for seniors and designers.
We recruit older adult "commoners" into an ongoing relationship to build a national panel of experts.
We invite professionals to join with commoners in the design process.
We create a shared virtual and, someday, public space where codesign for a more inclusive world can happen.
